History of Emmanuel Lutheran Church
In the spring of 1949 the Mission Committee of the Northwestern District of the American Lutheran Church requested the Reverend Edward Wagner of Reardan, Washington to investigate the possibility of holding Lutheran services at Cheney, Washington.
